OIG Finds Arizona Failed to Monitor MCO Mental Health Parity Compliance on Prior Authorization
The HHS Office of Inspector General found that Arizona did not ensure its selected Medicaid managed care organizations complied with federal mental health and substance use disorder parity requirements related to prior authorization processes.
