Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe on the schedule shown at purchase. New Pro subscriptions include a 30-day free trial; your card is not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time through your billing portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

From time to time we may offer a founding-member or other promotional rate. A promotional rate is a discount applied to the same subscription described in these terms, not a separate contract, and remains subject to these terms, including this section.

You may not scrape the site at scale, resell, bulk-export, or redistribute our content or data as your own, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the service to violate any law. Reasonable quoting and sharing with attribution is welcome.

An individual account is for that individual professional's own use. Do not share your login credentials with others or use one account on behalf of multiple people; each person who needs access should have their own account.

Our summaries, curation, structure, and design belong to Lanphier Ventures, LLC. Underlying government documents and third-party articles belong to their respective owners; we link to sources so you can go straight to them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lanphier Ventures, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
