ProMedica to Manage Henry County Hospital Under New Affiliation

ProMedica and Henry County Hospital in Napoleon, Ohio announced Oct. 6 a new affiliation under which ProMedica will manage the hospital through a management services agreement, expected to be finalized by the end of October. Henry County Hospital will retain local governance while gaining access to ProMedica's clinical resources, regional network and operational support. The arrangement is intended to aid provider recruitment and retention, expand specialty care access, and support growth, with hospital operations and services continuing without interruption. ProMedica currently owns or operates 10 hospitals and has an affiliated interest in one more.
