R&S Holdings Acquires Innovo Detox, Enters Pennsylvania Market
R&S Holdings, a Maryland-based behavioral health organization operating more than 35 inpatient and outpatient facilities, has acquired Innovo Detox, a 52-bed detox and residential treatment facility in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania. The deal, which closed two weeks ago with undisclosed terms, marks R&S Holdings' first acquisition in Pennsylvania and adds medically supervised detox services not previously offered by its subsidiaries. Innovo Detox's payer mix is primarily commercial with a portion of Medicaid beneficiaries. R&S Holdings says it plans further expansion in Pennsylvania and the broader Mid-Atlantic region, prioritizing future acquisitions with mixed Medicaid and commercial payer bases.
