OIG Finds Connecticut DDS Failed to Monitor HCBS Waiver Compliance for Home Support Services
The HHS Office of Inspector General found that Connecticut's Department of Developmental Services did not ensure providers of individualized home support services fully complied with federal waiver requirements and state health and safety standards.
